There are a thousand places on the planet, far away from the tourist routes and asphalted highways, so there is still possible to see a real, not demaged by civilization environment. While such a place will be found, we will go back and share with you their stories.  

Popular Latvian artists, musicians, TV moderators and radio DJ will travel to exceptionally interesting places of our planet, showing and commenting them to TV viewers.

Nine “1000 Miles ...” adventure expeditions have taken place since 2007. 
The expeditions have awakened a great interest among TV viewers. Owing wide publicity through the TV, radio, internet and printed media, currently “1000 Miles ” has become one of the top products of LTV7 (the second public TV channel in Latvia) and one of the TV shows that is most frequently downloaded from the internet in Latvia.

The adventure expedition has also gained a professional recognition, receiving the “Golden Wave” award as the best reality show two consecutive years.
